New Centrifuge Design

The FM200 product has a 2L rotor and has been supplied into the industrial market for over a decade. A three day value analysis workshop was organised and moderated by myself which involved employees from different departments to create a cross functional team and a plethora of new ideas that could be evaluated and scored. After analysing the data generated I was able to model up a new centrifuge concept for the consideration of the management team.
