With over 40 years in a variety of safety and mission critical roles Rob has experience as a mechanical designer, stress analyst, systems engineer and project manager enabling him to give engineering guidance and quickly fit into a variety of manufacturing environments. Starting as an apprentice at Rolls-Royce Rob has since been involved in the FEA for critical parts within the Trident submarine as well as completing fundamental research into the role of surface roughness in thin film and boundary lubrication.
